3. If you lose in a contest, don't complain.

4.  The layout, button, or banner can not be jocked. If you enter something jocked you will get kicked out of the contest your in, you won't be able to enter another contest on this site ever again, and you will get put on my jocker list.

5. If you are voting for someone in a contest, vote in the entry of that contest.
